Mike McGonigal
PGA Head Golf Professional
Mike joined the Egypt Valley family January 2014. He has been involved in the private golf industry since 1998 and has served as a Head Golf Professional at two other predominate private facilities. Mike strives on creating a golf environment that is fun, fair and reliable. His mission for each Member and guest is to walk away with the “ultimate golf experience!” Away from the Club, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Allison and two kids Veronica and Dylan, grilling in the backyard for friends and family, as well as cheering for his beloved Detroit Lions!
Landon McIntosh
Golf Manager / Tournament Director
Landon joined the Egypt Valley team in 2013. Away from the links, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, hunting and fishing and indulging in basketball, baseball and football. Landon looks forward to making sure that every member has more fun, with more friends, playing better golf more often.
John Forton
Lead Teaching Professional
Joining the team in 2014, John brings over 25 years of experience in the golf industry. He is a graduate of Park University with a degree in Management and Human Resources. In his spare time, John enjoys mountain biking, coaching and refereeing basketball.
John Seltzer
Director of Instruction
John joined the professional golf staff in January 2023. He has played competitive golf since a young age and enjoys helping members improve their game. When he's not teaching at the practice facilities, John can be found spending time with his wife, Amanda, and chasing their two-year-old daughter around.
Jillian Farrell
Assistant Golf Professional
Jillian formally joined the Egypt Valley team in May 2023. A native of Scotland, Jillian grew up in the golf industry and as a junior, had a brilliant career where at one time she was ranked the No. 1 Junior Amateur in Scotland. She later attended the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and played Division 1 Golf for four years. When not on the golf course, Jillian enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Sam Karwowicz
Golf Shop Buyer/ManagerSam joined the Egypt Valley team in January 2024 and knows a thing or two about the gear needed to tee off on the courses. Having been introduced to the game of golf at the age of 13, she immediately fell in love with the game and has been involved in the sport in different capacities ever since. When she's not researching the latest golf styles and trends, Sam enjoys spending time with her family in Harbor Springs, MI, golfing, and skiing.
